It's a lousy movie. Maybe in it's day it said something new, but by today's standards it's not at all interesting, except for Brigitte Bardot. She's flat out stunning, and irresistible. Outside of Marilyn Monroe, she's unsurpassed at always being the most interesting thing on the screen, regardless of what she's doing.

But, the plot is boring, the dialogue mediocre, and the other actors uninspiring. Bardot lives up to her reputation, but the movie does not.
