Hollywood film actors become tedious after you know them for awhile. At first they are funny and interesting and most of all entertaining, but it becomes a bit annoying after their psychosis becomes apparent. Average people are much more interesting (except maybe some CPA's ). I do find character actors more achored (usually), then "film stars", but Hollywood is a town where too many people are "on" all the time...there is just now "down time" there (why I stay in NYC). Tobolowsky seems like a nice sort of guy, and he is a fine character actor, but if you're use to this kind of person you just get use to the signs. I'd rather chew nails than deal with this type of person on a daily basis. To get an idea of what it is like, watch this movie forty times in a row and see how much you like it.
