...but too dark for my taste. This is "artsy" in the way they link the vingettes together. All deal with longing and unfulfillment.

Ok decent movie to watch. Film you watch and is interesting. Keep your attention. This one does that 100%, pause for bathroom breaks kinda film. Mainly cuz there are many stories and they are each short. It's like many files where one stories ties to another and another and another and then ur back where it all began. I call it magnolia-ish.

That said, not gripping, not purposeful, not happy, not sad... Just a look at lives that could go on around us. Ups and downs with reality not a storybook finish.

This is not a movie of love but, a longing for it. Sexual encounters do not give you love and only lasts for a moment in time. This is true in the fact that people everyday look for the same thing. And this movie brings it to light. However, sex is not love.

I can see why this has such a low rating. I was surprised that there weren't any reviews. Hulu people are usually so outspoken about what they don't like. This is not your typical movie. It's a string of vignettes about people's pain and longing as it shows through their love/sexual lives. The stories are sad and sometimes hopeless. Not a feel good kind of movie but truthful about the down side of love, sex and relationships. It also speaks to the loneliness and isolation people can feel in their struggles with life, self-expression, sex and money.
