Mary's line, "That's pretty funny for a guy with a sucking chest wound," doesn't quite fit with the story's development. Marshall says earlier in the episode that no vital organs were hit. According to my understanding, a sucking chest wound involves a punctured lung -- air is drawn through the wound when the victim inhales. I could be off base here, but aren't lungs considered vital organs?
One other thing that bothered me... when Marshall supposedly bled through the tube into the water bottle, there wasn't even a trace of residual blood in the tube.
But in all fairness, those are both small details and, overall, I liked this episode.
