I had forgotten how much fun this series was. I even found a palatable elegance in a series that some may call a mid-eighties, cookie-cutter, buddy show. Stephanie Zimbalist and Pierce Brosnan had an appreciable chemistry. Their characters were quite engaging. The storylines were typical of the genre, but the production was pulled off with style and flair. I especially loved this episode. J.D. Cannon reminded me of the movie, "Network." I see the same problems exist in todays TV newsrooms as they did in the eighties. Tracy Scoggins is BREATHTAKING! Richard Moll (Bull from "Night Court") with hair! There were alot of hair issues in this one. Pierce and Stephanie's was perfect. Tracy's was soft and pretty. Maggie Roswell, John Reilly and Jenny O'Hara's was bizarre! J.D. Cannon's was non-existant!
All-in-all good fun and a nostalgia rush!
