OK, so Leila is pregnant. Excuse me, but she has just been pumped full of drugs and had the Spanish flu; isn't that a horrid prenatal event?
I've watched the show and have enjoyed immensely the Hulurs' ideas for the show, they were much better than what we saw.
Anyway, back on topic. Is Leila's baby going to be the reason that humans will die off? I'm wondering if it would be a carrier of the disease because of it's prenatal exposure to the virus and the medications.
Could it be that the baby will have multiple birth defects, and one of them will give it some sort of way to communicate mentally?
I know I'm grasping at straws, trying to make some sense out of this mess, but to me, the most glaring thing about the last show, was that Leila is pregnant.
The president's wife, might be an alien from another time. Or one of the many other wonderful ideas the hulu folks have thought up.
The guardians had such potential for development. I would have loved to hear more about their background and their behind the scenes work over the decades. I'm sure their story could be a whole new series, but I know that won't happen.
Since Simon asks Sean what he has when Sean pulls out the scroll, we know since Simon recognizes it and tells Sean if the person who gave it to him could read it, then he knew more than he was telling. Can Simon read it?
If all of Sophia's people knew that something horrible would happen if they returned, wouldn't it make sense that the people who were around then, probably knew about it too and when the aliens left, decided to take care of the humans. Is there a way to prevent the event from happening buried in the scroll?
(Sorry if the above isn't grammatically correct, has misspellings, or rambles. My new med is making me dopey.)
