I sit through commercials and don't complain. Its how you make money. I get that and I respect that. Hulu Plus is a great service, but I do not wish to pay for it simply to see a couple of episodes that were on regular Hulu and scheduled to expire in September. The change that warned they would be expiring and going to Hulu Plus was put out a day (or so) before hand, which gave me and a lot of other users barely any time to watch the rest of the show.
THIS is why I (and many people like me) use torrents to access shows. If you give me a reasonable price, or you show me a reasonable amount of ads, then I prefer to help support shows by giving my money or watching ads that pay for the show. When companies get greedy and don't offer a reasonable way to watch their content, then I am forced to look elsewhere.
Take a tip from Netflix. Offer more and better content at a REASONABLE price, and everyone wins.
