I am astonished especially given the time period Lost in Space was produced. The Robinson family and even Dr Smith, the marvelous acting was done so well the program drama always seems so realistic. And the verbage and dialogues among the family were written with artistic talent,and the emotions and cohesion can't be better. Penny, especially is so charming and her feelings always come across in every moment of all the episodes that brings tears to the viewers, She is definitely a Natural to show Biz and romantic that captures the inner heart of her fans, Penny she has earned her career path. With or without directives, Penny's talent is genetic and God-given gift, bless her heart!

This episode would indicate that at some point Dr. Smith had a child! I cannot imagine any woman in the universe who would be willing to mate with that "popinjay"!

This one is my favorite. The concept of an alien able to mislead Will that he was displaced in time is an original theme. Seeing the gorgeous Judy in that costume was titillating...what a beauty!

That was like a dozen out-takes from the entire season! The writers must have been on acid when they put this together! LiS is not noted for continuity even in the same story, but this one leaps about like a nervous flea. Didn't the planet draw them in? Only to have the machine try to chase them away? Would it be too hard to make them see an airless world like the moon, so they'd have no interest in staying? Ah...but that's not the nature of this show, so everyone wanders "death valley", jungles and caves for an hour....truly "LOST" !!!

I dont agree with these other reviews. This episode was not "plain awful". More more of a plot than usual---it keeps you quessing. You never know where its heading. Many of the "plots' were predictable but this one wasnt. Not a great episode was quite interesting.
