That is why I like to read the book. It gives you the rest of the story that the tv show or movie forgets to clarify. I've watched many a movie that had some line in it that made absolutely no sense, then read the book and find out that the line makes perfect sense when you know what the person is thinking prior to saying it. Too bad few people learned how to read when they were in school and have to rely on 66 years of life condensed into 30 - 90 minutes of show time after edits.   See 14 other replies

Actually I missed the end of episode 20 and all of episode 21 when they expired on me! There was some glitch and even though they were expiring in my queue, they didn't show they were expiring until just before they did! I did see the short clip posted where they are reunited but she's been given the flu, and also in the flashbacks of the last episode that they've kept streaming. I JUST FOUND OUT THAT NBC IS STILL SHOWING THEM- gonna catch up-even though I saw the last episode already... Sean is and the CIA chick are HOT together-- just want them to kiss already!!Yes, I used to watch lots of cooking shows growing up-all those on PBS Julia Child, Jacques Papin, Martin Yan (Yan CAN cook), etc, and when Food Network came around, I loved it- was favorite channel- Rachel Ray, Bobby Flay, Iron Chef, then came all these cupcake wars shows and Hell's Kitchen, which I was appalled by but couldn't take my eyes off of for a couple seasons-- now I know not to even waste my time- it's killing my brain cells watching him yell at people!) I most recently like Chopped, but it can get tedious and boring to me with all the commercials and rounds, and also Barefoot Contessa-- she is amazingly elegant! But not so into cooking shows so much now, you could say I am more than overexposed! I like fashion ones- Top Model, Project Runway, and Rachel Zoe-- for a long awhile I was addicted to HGTV channel and watched it all day long-- literally ( I work a lot from home). I still love House Hunter's International, living vicariously through the show to "visit" exotic places I'd love to go to!!Rebecca, wanna start a facebook group for "The Event" fans? I heard it might get picked up by the Syfy network http://www.ugo.com/tv/the-event-syfy-continuation. I can't watch Realiy TV, I do watch some cooking shows at times but I'm not sure you can call that reality TV. If you could then I guess you could call sports Reality TV and then I could say I watch the hell out of it..   See 14 other replies

I'm not big on reality TV. If I watch reality it's either something with cooking or fashion. Though I am watching The Voice, and was surprised by how much I like it. Unlike American Idol, these people can actually sing. Still, not my fav genre of show. I think we all need to form some kind of support group, for people who watched "The event" all the way through.
