When did the clowns from Scooby Doo start slinging drugs???

All in all I thought this was a good movie. A lot better than many of the movies I have watched on here.There are a couple of misleading reviews though. For one, Fred says that "Doogie Howser" is in this. In fact the person he is refering to is Chad Lindberg and not Neil Patrick Harris. They don't even look alike lol. Also, Chazz Palminteri (not Chaz Palameri lol) is not the same in this movie as he is in "every movie he is in". I liked his character in this film. He was a very honest, upstanding, and caring man. Someone also commented about scenes being improbable and downright silly. Maybe they should have been made like every other movie like this one that is out there. I personally didn't see a scene where I said to myself that there is no way that would happen in real life. In fact, I have read and been told first hand accounts of similar things happening.All in all, if you like this type of movie in general, you will most likey enjoy this one.

Just as the last review stated, this was extremely true to reality. I have seen this same situation unfold in the same way and it ended up with almost the same results. Acting was spot on, great, realistic, flick.

Tired of watching corny so called gangster films then you will like this one sorry no crips and bloods just a bunch of white guys who work for a living that are willing to break the rules once and awhile to have a good time and make a few books this movie has Lucifer's seal of approval.

This is an apt case to use as a cautionary tale about the perils of NOT writing a script. There could not have been a script, therefore, there was no thought behind the various scenes that went from excruciating to improbable to downright silly. Was there any research beyond watching fifty episodes of Miami Vice? In every area where there should have been intrigue or conflict or affection, there was Joe Dokes acting class winging it and not well at that. Isn't there some way to inject new blood into faltering Hollywood? This show smacks of serious inbreeding and reflects the many hideous problems that result.
