AWESOME
This was an awesome movie!!!! Both Carey and Winslett were amazing.....And don't let the "hard to keep up with" reviews deter you, I had no problem keeping up with the story line and i've had 2 major rt frontal lobe surgeries...;o)....

funny, original, well written!
Yes, Clamentine will get bored with Joel, and yes, he will start hating things about her, her hair colors, sexiness, etc... but it doesn't matter because its life and its worth living for the good memories which is all we are left with in life. A great movie, funny and heartfelt with an important message. Only problem is it requires effort and it can be hard to follow because of the way the plot shifts around. But the reward of watching is worth it!!!

Memories
Very poignant and beautiful love story about an impulsive girlfriend, who has memories of her boyfriend erased. To settle the score, the boyfriend decides to do the same. As his memories his girlfriend are being erased, his memories become scrambled and he attempts to hold onto his good memories. I cried when his final memory of his girlfriend was erased.
