I looked into this fatttrix.com site, and it really looks like a complete fraud... Look at the so called IBM site at: https://www-304.ibm.com/communities/service/forum/topicThread?topicUuid=f9bd53fc-2616-41a3-baea-a9b1be54e761&communityUuid=c5cab4fd-f9f6-4b85-93b7-983f8f8d5d88 ... It is full of typos, misspellings, grammar errors, and not to mention that it is only post on the forum, not even a direct sponsored link thru IBM... If I was IBM, I would make an official page if this is true, otherwise delete and block this if indeed is truly fraudulent.Speaking of the movie; I would be really interested to hear any responses to this movie coming from any major oil or automobile companies on the market or any other major company who would have a good opinion to this movie.   See 3 other replies

But we have that. There are dozens, hundreds, possibly thousands of engine designs all over the place. I've looked up several dozen of them myself. And they all work. They all take oil and burn it into energy, which can be used to move a car. And shockingly none of them are able to make much better mileage than a well designed corporate built automobile engine. The laws of physics don't change because of some conspiracy move, or because of an open source project. The amount of energy contained in a gallon of gas, does not change based on what engine you put it in.   See 3 other replies

The views in the film are trash from start to finish. The dude that was found dead in the desert, that supposedly made the 100-mile-per-gallon car, killed himself. He was a con-man who was being investigated by the people he was trying to swindle, and instead of facing being exposed for a fraud, he killed himself. Just like all the other people that claimed to make amazing cars, only to be exposed as frauds. Further, the fact that a group of scientists made a 1000-MPG car, doesn't mean much. Anyone can make a high mileage car. Give me $10,000, and I'll make you car that can get 100 MPG. It will be made out of plastic, and explode if it hits a twig in the road, and your top speed will be around 40 MPH. And don't plan on taking your family, because it will have just one seat. But you will get 100 MPG. Making a high mileage car is easy. Making one that people want, that's hard. There are trade offs. So just because they made one back in the 70s, doesn't mean there's some amazing technology hidden somewhere. It means it was a proto-type for testing purposes.   See 4 other replies
