Im a professional ballet dancer in a company and I thought this segment was helpful to get my body warmed up, but as far as her choreography goes she doesn't break down the step enough for non-dancers and it's a little too "Disney Cruise Ship," for me because it's mostly cheerleader jazz. I was hoping for something a little more core/alignment strengthening along the lines of plies, tendus, ron de jambe's, but this video is helpful if your just looking to do some steps, put them together and create a montage of flashy movements while getting sweaty.
