What you don't understand is," intensity ". Yes these problems are common,people are people.The intensity is what gets you.OK.you have a job in your town,every day you meet someone that annoys you.Also you meet someone,that for some reason,you just don't like.OK ? Good ! Now,in NYC it's the same, only every day you meet 100 people that annoy you,going to work,100 going home.People you don't like,care for.140 daily.It's the intensity that gets you,or doesn't.

Anne Beckett,...Yes 2 stars,thats 1 above "Hated it ". Your feelings are wonderful,'for you ',so feel them. Did you live in NYC,in Manhattan ???? Many watch a film,and feel the film,and comment.I was born there and grew up in the streets,THAT,is not a film.When you see smell,rub up against these people EVERY DAY,on the subway,morning,to work,night ,going home,talk to them daily just living.I would see and brush up against more people in one day,than some see in their lifetime.You see these people for 2 hours and feel.I left there at 26,so thats 20 YEARS,dealing with the dregs,their all over.Who do you think has and does all of the sh!t jobs??? When you say gimmy a coke,or buy a paper,ride an elevator,....who???And they talk to you,on top of it.Not in a Museum,but to and fro.You do 20 years of it,then comment,.........OK. It's a wonderful place,has allot to offer,enjoy the city,avoid the skanks.
