Excellent Show and Spec's the writter.....EXCELLENT
House, Foremen and Patient........ House 100% knows who and what he is....Foremen Hate to become a EVIL Side of House and last Patient have no idea.. who he is...

The only reason...
i watch this show, is for the sarcasm. I mean, in the middle of an operation, lets make jokes and horse around in the OR. Hey, lets bring in random patient, and detract attention away from the patient laying on the table.
