Southern and Equatorial cities are unlivable.
Extreme weather such as hurricanes, tornadoes, thunderstorms become much more frequent because the heat adds more energy to the system.
The heat becomes so hot that you could not air condition them into being livable.
So, more disease, all the plants die (plants can't migrate), the planet becomes unlivable. The oceans absorb carbon dioxide and turn acidic. All fish die because they're swimming in acid. When the oceans die, the plants die--we die.
