that people would believe that this man wouldn't put on a show. Sebastian is an ACTOR and he lives in HOLLYWOOD. If he looks like a jerk, it's because he WANTED to look like a jerk. He simply wanted an acting gig for his resume. Anyway, this restaurant is now closed. In fact, of 13 restaurants that Ramsay has visited in KN, only 5 are still open. Of course, the owners blame Ramsay and Ramsay blames the owners... but that's what you get. These restaurants on KN were near failure anyway. What Ramsay does is, like Hell's Kitchen, smoke and mirrors. The large menu and food preparation may be sincere, but the crowds are not. The production ropes in people by offering free food and possibly even paying them for their appearance on the show. So, once KN has gone, the restaurant is left to fend for itself for real without the help of compensated diners. For many of these restaurants, a change in menu and food prep changes is not enough to save it. The crowds had already been chased away long ago. The only hope for these restaurants is to change the name, menu, decor and cuisine. Only then you can they shed the burden of the old name and bad reputation. Even then, it may be far too late for the owners to withstand that financial burden.
