Don't get high hopes for this one. Not worthy of the "criterion collection" category.

Wow the people in this movie are ugly! The Plumber, starring Judy Morris, Ivar Kants and a lot of other people you've never heard of, is about this plumber whose sense of humor really sucks. He also hates it when you correct his grammar. It should also be mentioned that he fancies himself the next Bob Dylan, and sings songs (complete with guitar and harmonica) with lyrics like "Don'cha know that I'm me babe,Can'cha see that I'm free babe!". Now all of that together can seem a little intimidating, so when he goes to his latest gig fixing some bathroom pipes for the rich white university types up in apartment 34C, it's no surprise that there's a personality clash. His 'freewheelin' rock don't impress Mrs. White much, she's heavily into jungle drums right now, if you know what I mean. Now personally, I didn't find the plumber menacing at all, but the movie sure does, you can tell by the menacing keyboard tone they play every time he's on screen. Anyway, that's the setup for this snoozer... moderately worth the time.

This movie was just crazy to sum it all up. Loved the ending how that chick ended up lookin like a bad ass, loved how the plumber just kinda went nuts inside the bathroom for how long he did. also loved how although it was sort of creepy, I could laugh at parts as well. If you can stomach a creepy movie for a bit, watch this one, it's worth your time.
