So great to see this show again after more than 25 years. Brosnan rules, of course, in the role that (early on) denied him a shot at Bond. But the revelation here is just how un-cringeworthy these episodes stack up compared to some other 80s classics (Simon & Simon, Magnum, etc.).

The best part of seeing this again is recognizing just how beautiful Stephanie Zimbalist was back then and what a shame it was she didn't have a bigger career after the show went off the air.

This is an INCREDIBLE series and Brosnan is [was] reaallly hot (though the Murphy guy ain't half bad), but I still rankle at the total theft of Laura's honor and recognition as the REAL Remington Steele! And it's not like she WANTED to forever stay in the shadows.....

So my feminist side says GRRR.

I missed the first episode when it originally aired but it was a delight to watch it for the first time. I miss good detective shows that have creative balance between action and suspense without all the real world violence. It brings back nastolgic feelings I have long since forgotten. Thanks Hulu and keep up the great work.

This series started around the time romance novels hit it big. Prior to 1980 they limped along in sales. I'm a romance writer and I remember the absolute hysteria over this show amongst romance writers. Pierce was going to come and speak at one of our conferences but something happened and he couldn't make it... Bummer. Glad to see the show here.
