Monk is even more irrational than usual, and has to be censured by the captain in this ep. I was tickled to find that comedic actor Diedrich Bader ("The Drew Carey Show," "Whose Line Is It Anyway?," various animated film voices) adds his sweet, funny touch to this show. Monk comes to terms with one of his irrational fears, and discovers something about himself he had never understood before.The opening scene was a little scarier and more from the victim's point of view than usual. But after that, it's multi-phobic Monk at a nude beach. Gotta love it!
