I went into this with a simple curiosity of the title. Quickly realizing Thierry is either extremely passionate or a classic ADD case, hoping it would end favorably. I hadn't a clue this film would end as it did. Hysterical though and not the least bit surprising. Our culture is fuel by hYpe. THierry understood that and has profitted where the TRUE artist whom he followed in awe, and BIT, only gained in noteriety.He isn't the first "artist" to duplicate other
TRUE artists work(s), tweek them and turn a profit.

Whether we consider him a genious or a fraud, is really a matter of opinion. Thierry has learned what others have taught him and sold it to the gullable market. Shame on those who have fallen for it. Great for his family's well being though.

I wouldn't recommend it or ever watch it again. It just didn't live up to the hype for me.

Banksy illustrates absurdity in his art by, for example, mixing expressions of happiness and fear. Terry IS absurd, and thus is able to inadvertently succeed in this absurd world. I was laughing by the end of this movie, whether I should be or not, and this movie made me realize somehow that it doesn't matter.

A great documentary (mockumentary maybe?) that turns the camera around on all the players with an ironic twist ending. The joke is that we are the joke. If you can't laugh at yourself or circumstances; then your probably not laughing enough. And some old saying about paths being paved with good intentions.

I really thought this movie was good. Made very well. It flowed well. I can see that Banksy was pissed. He thought that he had an accomplice in his career. Some one that could really show the public what street art was. But as any counter culture it always ends up being consumerism. That is life. But Thierry cracked me up. What nut case. On a side note I did see Space invader on my recent trip to Europe.

Mr. Brainwash is so faaaaaaaaaake!!! lol

Great film but it's sucks how it was Nominated for Oscar just because Banksy made it (IMO). And now I can't ever wear OBEY clothing anymore because they sell it at lame teen surf shops at the mall after this film....=( =(

BUT the song they used "Tonight the Streets Are Ours" is PURE GENIUS.
