I'm glad the writer's strike ended in Hollywood, the people who write for this series are GOLD! This was very similar to the season 2 finale in which House is shot and has hallucinations that open up House's thought process to the viewers. I always enjoy stories told in flashback, as the different pieces of the "puzzle" come together to make the story, much like the House solves cases in the series. Anyone see a pattern there? Since House is more medicine-oriented than your typical like-minded shows *cough* Grey's *cough* it is hard to come up with originality in the storyline...person gets sick, House heals them, etc. So I always enjoy a fresh twist, and this episode has that in droves.
