Great. Another classic Klan revival flick, from the hay-day of the Eugenics movement in the United States. before you praise these "classic" sorts of filth, let's not forget that Hollywood's roots lay entwined with the "dark side" of Glendale and Pasadena CA, which were (and to some extent, still are) the West Coast hotbed of that horrific pseudo-science. It is funny that movies like this and "Birth of A Nation" get so much cred that they do, when they were explicitly promo's for the KKK, per Woodrow Wilson's much publicized showing of 'BoN" at the White House, which kicked off a huge revival of the terror organization. Trying to seperate the relationship between these types of films and that reality of your history and their effect as propoganda, is to enjoy listening or watching something by Richard Wagner, and think nothing of his personal declared hatred for all humanity, and in particular, his passion to annihilate the Jews, and how a later Austrian devotee doing a bad Chaplin imitation, so inspired, sought to make that dream come true. On that subject, whats next? Leni Riefenstahl's "Triumph of the Will"?
