Fulfilling, sustainable happiness comes from within, not from anything u can get externally (yet somehow our society has conditioned us to believe otherwise). When u desire something, and get it, it temporarily relieves our desire & so we feel happier... until the next thing we desire comes along, then we're right back in the cycle. It may be fulfilled for a moment, but it is not sustained. We have to learn to look for abundance and happiness within ourselves, as opposed to externally (a car, home, job, money, family, relationships, etc.). I think anyone going into this film thinking it has a huge political basis will be dissappointed. The only politics really involved is the conditioning of society on our perspective of what happiness is. As for immigrants, u know what? This is a place called Earth first and foremost, and we are ALL human beings.... is it so bad if we each pay a few extra tax bucks to help a fellow earthling survive and find a better way of life? I dont really think so. If we all learn to love ourselves & treat ourselves as our best friend and in turn love others just as uncondiitonally, we will ALL be happy.
