The imortal friend of Mclouds played the vampire from the series forever Night. Also did any one else catch the name of the girl who the bad immortal killed? it was Janette also a major character from that show. I loved the call out to Forever Knight ,one of my other fav shows from back in the day. I always woundered what it would be like when i was a kid to see Duncan and Nick Knight togather in the same show lol. Of course the character Geraint Wyn Davies played in this ep was FAR def than that of Knight. It was actually strange seeing him acting so ....goofy when they were eating lunch lol.I almost did not recognize him.And i was half expecting him to burst in to flames any sec when i did recognize him :p

Philip Akin who plays Charlie DeSalvo worked with Adrian Paul "War of the Worlds" , his character was in a wheel chair and was still able to do some martial arts and handle a staff in a fight in his wheel chair. In real life Philip Akin is a serious martial artist, and holds a forth degree black belt in Yoshinkan Aikido. He also studies Kung Fu and Tai Chi.Geraint Wyn Davies character's girlfriend was murdered by another immortal in this episode and her name was Jeanette, which was the same name of one Mr. Wyn Davies' character Nicholas Knight's ex-lovers on "Forever Knight" which he was still starring in at the same time he guest starred in this episode.The thing that was always frustrating about this series were the inconsistencies in the mythology, in the opening they say immortals can't fight on holy ground yet in season one, in the episode "Avenging Angel" a man who had recently become an immortal a few days earlier, started killing mortals he thought were sinners, MacLeod beheads him in a cathedral, he even states to Tessa, that he should have taken his head the first time they met, and none of the murders would have happened. So he decided to stop him to prevent more murders instead of letting the police handle it. he now states he's not a cop, and it's not his business.
