maybe it's just because i love africa, but this is a great documentary on something other than wild animals, picturesque landscapes, or starving children. interesting and at times amusing, the documentary is a glimpse into a piece of africa you don't often see and yet it is so typically african. and yes, it's only about nigeria and nollywood specifically, but you still get a taste of africa (in my opinion anyway). i knew that nollywood was big before watching this, but it was interesting to get a behind the scenes look at how it got started and to hear from some of the directors and actors.
