I agree with Becky. The acting is rather good considering (for the most part, anyway). Anything with low production values can make the acting appear worse, because of the constant reminders that they are playing pretend; costumes, lighting, make-up, sound, set pieces that are supposed to be solid stone not shaking in the wind... all of these things help to suspend disbelief and could be fixed with a budget. Now imagine, say, the cast of the 90210 trying to deliver the same lines under the same circumstances and I think you get the point.

It's supposed to be over the top. Personally I think that their acting suits this show perfectly. It's supposed to be campy and overacted.

If they had a bigger budget and some acting lessons this could go pretty far. The humor really makes it worth while.

I've got to say, I've been a fan of all their work, even with the early movies such as Demon Hunters and Dead Camper Lake. These guys just keep getting better and better, and the actors too have really stepped up their game. Keep up the brilliant work and I'll see you guys at RadCon.
