These women are truly amazing...to take their grief and turn it around to help others. I want to be like that...I am reminded to be grateful for the blessings in my life and I agree with the other comments here. What kind of world would it be if all of us chose to help others despite our own griefs? Thank for providing the opportunity to hear these women's stories. This is a film that everyone in America needs to see...

Here I was last night sulking and distressed over my struggles. And I watched this video and am reminded that my life is heaven compared to millions of others. I have my health, a healthy growing child, an education, shelter, clothing, food, and God. I have nothing to be complaining about. I can only hope that one day I may be able to help people less fortunate.

It reminds me how fortunate I am and inspires me to find ways to help others, not just girls, but all people regardless of sex, race, geography, ethnicity, origin, class, age and physical ability. Thank you for sharing these three beautiful stories.

...not just in the way these extraordinary women help shaped lives of others but inspire & encourage the world beyond them by empowerment. Through this film, all women & girls have the proper right & equal share for a proper education, thereby assisting one another to achieve beautiful dreams on earth. All the stories resonated personally, thinking back to my own VN family's history of struggle to overcome incredible odds for better life opportunities. If it weren't for our courageous mother to defy conventions, my siblings & I would still be poorly domesticated illiterate village kids w/hopeless futures. Now as college educated adults, we can better understand & appreciate her constant efforts to push & reach goals of higher learning much like Madame Urbain did for her community. Definitely more films like this should be featured on Hulu--much commends to all for this exemplary contribution.

This is one of those films that continues to resonate long after you watch the end credits.
I can no longer complain about the little nuisances and dramas throughout the day and wish for the day to end. All I have to do is think about these women and how they perservered; how they made an impact on their communities. Thanks to the producers of this film, now the impact can be felt way beyond. Awesome music as well!!

“Madame Urbain” is such a strong, motivational woman doing great work.
I was amazed at her enthusiasm and ability to gather girls for education. It take a very special woman to do what all of these woman have done here.I really wish more young women of America would watch this, to be aware of how lucky we are and to not waste the opportunities that we have been given.
