for those sometime later, this was the first episode after the writers' strike of 2007. Kudos to the writers for not losing their focus of this series. any story that can encompass pathology, philosophy, psychology and sociology and bring humor to the mix is truly something special.

First time I saw this show so I'll give it another chance. But there are some extremely unlikely, bizarre premises - STD's with personality changes as their only sign, entire hospital teams sitting around for hours discussing a single patient's case, etc etc... And there are at least a couple of people that just can't act at all.
