My home town
What's funny is I know right where they pulled that guy over, I drive that route frequently. Some Portland cops are dicks though, they will just follow you and tailgate you for a while before they decide to dip. Especially along that street. (Powell Blvd)

Good use of force
Do you forget that these people are officers.
They're trained for theses things, and if a man has a gun and they arent absolutely sure he wont grab it, kick them all you want. It may be the thing that lets them see their family that night.

good episode, I was thinking though, if the guy was shooting the gun in the alley and if they could find the shells. They could match the firing pin to the shells and have a better case.
