A nice boy that fell into the fallacy of patriotism by joining the armed services. Needless, pointless death. He was just a number and we will never know of what great things he was capable of doing in his adult life. Just a casualty of a war, just a pawn of powerful men that are coerced by power and greed. So, go applaud the bomber airplanes flying over the superbowl and boast that we have the best killing machines on the planet. When do we evolve to say NO MORE WAR?
Now we shall see what will be needed for us to justify a war with Iran. Keep our young men and women in the USA. Keep our money in the USA.

The wider our eyes are open the harder it is for the wool to be pulled over them.

I have experienced helping after a Hurricane. You learn that you must rely on your neighbors and churches to survive. It takes time for the Government to install remote food and water distribution points. There is a lack of clear roads, electricity, etc. In all of that, people can get back to God. This Country needs to do so and quit looking to the Government to supply all their needs. The Government is selling the American People out.

I agree with you as well.... I work for the federal government, and have said many times the one place I would love to work is FEMA, well, not now!! I have a VERY hard time dealing with the fact that FEMA still to this day, 2010, has not completed what was to be done to begin with... but all in all... what a blessing a stranger from another state can be... it just goes to show, we are all family in the eyes of God... when "our" family of God is in need ... we show up.. be it with hammer and nails, or a pot of soup and a bible to pray with.. we come with only one question, where do I start?

The people who selflessly gave of their time who may have been strangers to the pastor and people of this church, dedicated their time and responded with love. This documentary was well done and well rounded. It's too bad that the insurance company did not respond as fast to replace the much needed equipment that this ministry for the deaf so greatly needs. At least they have a building to gather in for starters. Thanks also to the people who donated the materials for the restoration. Amidst the tragedy of Katrina and lives lost, these volunteers & others still rebuilding New Orleans are truly being blessed by God.
