| Description | Ashok Tandon (Dharmendra), a bank manager is about to marry his beloved, Deepa (Raakhee). His easy-flowing life gets a blow when he is suddenly arrested for theft from the bank. Unable to prove his innocence, Ashok is sentenced to imprisonment for several years. He leaves his old mother (Leela Chitnis) in Deepa’s care and an emotional Deepa promises to take care of her. After his release, to his horror, Ashok finds out that his mother has passed away and Deepa has relocated after marrying someone else. Ashok also finds out how he was framed by his colleagues at the bank. Devastated but still honest, he is befriended by Raja Ranbir Singh, who gives him a job as well a new identity. Ashok now becomes Bikram Singh and starts his search for Deepa, and also for his shrewd and calculating colleagues at the bank to extract vengeance. |
