To be fair, I did not watch the entire....thing. After the introduction of the Tokyopop founder
I had to stop. I LOVE manga, but i just couldn't take it anymore.

I agree 100%, and having just recently returned from Japan, with children who are obsessed with Japanese culture, manga and anime, it was awesome! Great job, Stu!!!

if you like manga or you're into japanese culture, i think you'd actually like parts of this movie. sure some scenes are really silly, but sometimes they're so silly it's funny. i think the parts that are meant to be humorous aren't so successful, but other scenes come off as unintentionally funny. yeh it's overacted but i've seen much worse, and actually it gets a lot better after the action goes to japan. anyway it's not that bad!
