It seems the girls who make workout videos, like many women are in need of some type of attention. Even though this girl is kind of flat-chested, who works out in a bra?

America has obesity problems for sure make sure you eat your fruits and veggies and stay away from fast food as much as possible.
I fell asleep while watching Expedition Wild and these workout clips atarted automatically. I wish these workout people well with their good intentions - maybe they can get through to some inactive chubby people.
