DeBardino isn't a "rookie intern". He's the Chief Resident. Meaning he was chosen by all the attendings in the hospital as the most capable RESIDENT in the hospital and therefore most likely to become an ATTENDING physician at his current hospital following his residency. As long as he treats his nurses well, I think you have no reason to resent and man who looks to me like a VERY good surgeon.

on this show are right out b i a t c h e s they think they are so much better then everyone else... just because you work in the medical field doesn't make you that good of a person. I think they only do their jobs for the pat on the back.

On the other hand this is a very good show, I love real life stuff.
That girl who went on the date with the guy and went dancing, I do not like her, she has a serious chip on her shoulder... and for what reason?? there isn't anything particularly special about her. I think the guy seemed very nice.

I can't wait for more episodes!!!

Ughhhh...That guy has a weird personality and I cant stand the ways he and Bardouche talk. I really hope they stop showing those two. Bardouche is the worst, I dont understand how a Noob Rookie Intern can be such a cocky know-it-all.
