I actually enjoyed the History Channels version of this better. More detailed information on Vlad and the Bram Stoker's novel, and a much better production of this sort of documentary.

It was William Defoe as Max Schreck. lol William Devanr was in Knot's Landing though.

Overall, interesting. (who doesn't love Chris Lee's voice?)
I thought the old clips were too long, and not especially pertinant.
Seems to me that the old Dracula movies were far more subliminal
and more truly frightening that current attempts.

William Devane did an amazing portraile of Max Schreck (Nosrferato),
although I can't reall the name of the movie.
