Well, you should never expect much of flashback/recap episodes.

But I agree that Luffy looked cooler in older episodes - easily seen with the Alabasta flashbacks.

Its really starting to bug me that the first 3 minutes of the episode are opening credits and such... really annoying.

Just a waste of waiting time till this episode.. All the stuff has really been half-assed starting impel down arc, hope to god the marine ford wont be half-assed too. Episode has absolutely NOTHING NEW and Im wondering how Luffy is ending up looking smaller and younger.. STEP IT UP ONE PIECE. I MEAN CMON NOW! but honestly go back to the way you did episodes cause its almost as bad as watching naruto fillers now..

i want to see a battle between him and luffy's crews since member wise their about evenly matched. chopper vs the sick doctor, sanji vs the wrestler, brook vs the flying hypnotist, ussop vs their sniper, the giant vs robin since i bet she can beat him, zolo vs shiryu so zolo can get his awesome sword hopefully, and luffy vs teach. all that leaves is who to fight franky and maybe perona boa and jimbei.

just for that reference this ep gets 5 stars XD. great ep and i'm glad if gives details on teaches ability since it really helps remind what he's capable of plus it elaborates that he can actually steal abilities. but since it doesn't work on haki he'd never last anyone who's like luffy or boa. i can't wait for someone to pwn this guy already cuz if he's the final big bad i'll be greatly disapointed.
