This movie was more about the music then about Dave. He has his moments but this movie would be more for the music buffs or people who like hip-hop/ top40 artists. The roots were amazing..and seeing the Fugees back together was pretty sweet!
why do old white people love dave chappele? because he treats everyone with respect and dignity. half about the music, half about dave on the streets talking to all types of people. a calm yet fun film!
Chappelle has a unique style that is all his own. This movie is a journey as much as it is entertaining. Great music mingled with segments of real people, living real lives and Chappelle's comedic way.
Beautifully orchestrated. Loved every minute, the transition between the comedy and music was left for the perfect person to do - Dave Chappelle. Fortunately I knew about 90% of the performers, but even if you don't the crowd's energy emulates straight through the sound.
