I understand why Penhall married her. #1 she's very beautiful, #2 yeah he's helping a refugee stay in the country, and #3 I really do believe that he loved her.
I like the show better now now that they've moved from catching small time drug dealers in high school to catching big time drug dealers in college and working outside of school where they don't have to lie about their age. There's only so many high schools in town you can go to and still maintain your cover, plus the Jump Street crew is getting older and losing their baby faces. Can you really be 25 and still pass yourself off as a high school kid?
