robert patrick is so hot...his little brother is amazingly talented, as well! he is the most of the band, Filter; i know you know the song, "Nice Shot" well, that's him.i never recovered from the loss of mulder, but i can understand how Mr. Duchovny wanted to stretch his legs, after so many seasons of a show that he never thought would survive to see a second season! LOL--true story. that said, robert patrick is a perfect replacement, as the supportive, but skeptical partner, to a traumatized, heartbroken, and pregnant scully. i always have respected Mr. Carter's choice to leave their private life private, only giving us glimpses, and hints, as to how close they really were, when not being "suits."
