A so so episode. After watching the documentary on Harlan Ellison called Nightmares With Sharp Teeth and how affectionately he spoke of this episode I was expecting greater revelation to the character of Trent. Oh, he's a robot. So what. If everyone on the planet was gone where did this girl come from, and who was driving that car that passed by in the footage looking down from the building window. It's the seem footage used again and again. It held my interest despite the silly looking aliens. I understand budget limitations but they looked just silly. The fight scenes were stiffly staged. I've never been a big fan of The Outer Limits. I've seen a handful of episodes. The Zanti Misfits is still a favorite. Those aliens with insect bodies and humaniod faces gave me the creeps. I also enjoyed Archietects of Fears, which would go on to be used in Alan Moores's original Watchmen.

Other than that, I don't know what was goofier, the I Spy dude with the Windows 7 hand, or the silly Citi commercials about the hash-smoking latent hippie retirees hanging out in Istanbul eating baklava and being annoying....

very well constructed, an amazing storyline. ok you sy-fy writers, take note here, THIS is how you write a good sci-fi flick!
