When the top thought on your mind while watching a program is that these guys are freakin' idiots and deserve to die, it's a good sign that the writing stinks. And how brilliant of the Major (Merit? LOL!) to come up with the same idea as Cpt. Buckley at the last moment... it begs the question, why didn't Buckley suggest it in the first place? Oh, and the moral objector to the General does an about face so quick that you head would spin if you noticed it... Perhaps there was a convincing argument by the General that was cut? Oh, well, they can't all be gems, or even rhinestones.

The new crew is 'completely dedicated.' That should keep them safe from danger. Way to insult the original crew, guy.

Two problems with this: the ecology doesn't work, and sand isn't equivalent to water.

I didn't care for this much. I think they said that it was 1800 degrees, but that the atmosphere could support life. How could they be? Also, it looked like the astronauts were reaching out of the window. How could they stand the atmosphere? (ditto for no helmets). They weren't very professional, either, especially Buckley (although he was smart). Interesting though to see a pre-Batman Adam West and a serious Ted Knight. Lastly, the monster was pretty cheesy (and it certainly wasn't invisible).
