This is the 4th workout video I've done and am perplexed and more than upset that their are commercials during the videos! Stopping while working out is pointless! The commercials should be before and after only! Also, the editing is poor. Whole parts of the workout are missing and why is there two separate workouts put together as one? As a Hulu Plus member ALL exercise classes should be interruption free. I'll gladly watch before and after. Please consider changing this. It just makes no sense:(

I've been sticking with this video and other vinyasa yoga routines and I have lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks so far! I love the way it makes me feel each time I do this. I would recommend this! (:

I agree--commercial breaks during the workout? That is weird. A commercial break in the middle of a chair pose? That's just mean.

Really commercials in the middle of a Yoga Workout?? Way to blow the flow.

Wouldn't it be better to have one long advertisement at the beginning??

Besides for the weird interruptions through out, I really enjoyed this workout!
