Well, their clothes were turned to dust with them.. I guess if they didnt rematerialize with them there would be a bunch of extra bits in the mix.besides it wouldn't be proper to pop up naked.

Okay, so you add fresh vampire blood to the dried up bits of dessicated vampires to bring them back to "life", fine. But how come when he came back he was fully clothed, right down to shoes, suit jacket, etc?
8. Eco friendly clay pigeons. You mix the vampire into the clay, and if you miss them they still break up in the sunlight, avoiding pollution. The vamp still might be resurrectable downrange though.9. Use the vampire's blood in your inkjet printer, and hand the resulting paperwork to that annoying coworker with the big window in his office.
