I remember going to the video store when I was younger and getting this movie, brings back good memories. Also I think they did a good job on the film with what they had when they made this one. Except of course for the wierd tall scientist with goggles and a fake beard that you can tell is held on by the goggles. (LOL)

I haven't seen this movie for almost 20 years. Phew, 80's cheese! That's gotta be the worst logic of all the time travel movie:
1.) He's his own great, great, great grandfather. Wtf?
2.) The medallion, it's an object with no beginning and no end. Double-wtf?
NIce guitar licks, though, specifically Reese's theme. Fascinating all the character actors in this movie. I like the bald, priest guy with the nickle-plated navy colt. I wonder if he if he knew he was going to spend the next 20 years playing gruff police chiefs who are constantly busting the ba@lls of their young, maverick police detectives?

This was a good movie when it came out in 1983. By todays standard it does leave a lot to be desired (like most early 80`s movies), although I have seen a few movies in the last few years that would let Timerider sweep the academy awards. If you`re over forty, like B sci-fi and/or westerns, or just need to spend 90 minutes with minimal brain activity, you will really like this movie. If you don`t fit into one of the afore mentioned catagories you will most likly hate it.

i love western movies and i own a dirtbike. so i gave this movie a chance and wasted a hour and trirty three minutes of my life, on a movie that stood a chance of being kinda cool but no thay blew that .wtf? the whole movie was lame mabey cause it was from the 80's and the tech. sucked. I just dont know but that wasent the least of it. the plot the acting all of it sucked

I'm trying hard to get through it but I don't think I can do it. It is no Buckaroo Banzai or anything. That was a good flick and it would be cool to see it on hulu.

I don't care about the paradox. This movie is just plain fun. Mortorcycles and the wild west, makes me smile every time I see this flick. It's a keeper....
