This movie is a puff-piece about Erhard, and it STILL made him seem very scary. A manipulator of the highest order. He obviously has a huge need to be worshiped. And to be PAID. The movie really only pretends to look closely at Erhard, but it really is a promotional piece of advertising.I looked at it because a friend wants to join Landmark - now I know what my advice is: RUN! This kind of therapy can be gotten in many more SAFE places.

If you watch the film youll maybe see why I think the man is a genius. He had and still has a following. I think that wen we make a big fuzz over a celebraty scandal more as news or must thing to know rather than seeing real newa like whos going to run our country. Our values or way of living destined to fail. research his work and see this documentery and see why.

I don't know much al3out Werner, l3ut I did do the forum and found it useful. It helped me \/iew things in my life (especially things i looked at as negati\/e) in a different light. I was al3le to see that my prol3lems were not really prol3lems at all, just a part of life. I am glad i did the forum and recommend it to anyone.

I watched Robyn Symon's documentary from a different point of view: as Werner's eldest daughter. I thought it was an honest film, revealing who my father is and what his life and work is about. I consider my father to be very courageous in dealing head on with what whatever there is to deal with, whether it be comfortable or not. He has taught us to deal with things openly honestly and with integrity (as my father says: without integrity, nothing works). I find this to be true in my life every time without doubt. My family deals with everything; we do not dismiss or shove things under the rug because they are uncomfortable to confront. I did the est training when I was 19 years old. It was the most profound experience of my life and changed my life forever. I did the Landmark Forum and the Landmark Advanced Course and I had a profound experience of who everyone else is. I think everyone should have the opportunity to live a life they love, and I think it is so important to turn the tide around before it is too late, before we get too set in our ways. I would recommend everyone taking the time to do the Landmark Forum.Clare Erhard

Before talking the Landmark Forum I was an arrogant, religious, bigot who didn't know his ass from a hole in the ground, and I didn't know it. After taking the Landmark Forum I am an arrogant, religious, bigot who doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground. The difference is that now I know it now and have access to acknowledge it and get off it. Before the Landmark Forum I thought I new how to listen to people without an agenda. I thought I new how to accept people unconditionally, the way they are, and the way they aren't. I had no idea that I was an arrogant bigot with an agenda and an act to try to impress everyone. When I uncovered that in the Landmark Forum it set me free to discover who I really am and create a new possibility for relating to all people as whole and complete the way they are. It opened up the possibility of having affinity with anyone. I will always be grateful to Werner for the work he did to make this conversation available to the world.

Recently, a teenage girl (Rebecca Black) posted a light hearted uncynical song on YouTube called "Fridays" and it is on topic to see what this young girl had to deal with when she ended up in the public eye and how the unregulated internet treated her. Rebecca Black was cyber flooded with invalidation, personal attacks, and a kind of senseless hatred directed towards her personally because of what? a harmless playful benign song? People went for a kid's jugular just because they could. What happens to any of us who dare do undertake anything that attracts and maybe even engages millions of people in any way? The movie "Transformation: Life and Legacy of Werner Erhard" displays what happened to one person who undertook to and still invests himself in making life better for others. It looks at what Werner Erhard contributed in a fresh and uncynical way and an aspect of the reaction almost any person, who does not promote the status quo and becomes known to many people, ends up facing, no matter who we are or what we are doing.
