This film really did educate me and I am glad I took the time to watch it.

Your ignorance is evident so I am not going to insult you. Instead I would ask you to educate yourself, go abroad see how much harder it is in these other countries.

An amazing film, very informative, really makes you think about why it is so important for civilization to move forward. It is important to note that the Global North has also created poverty in other nations as a result of this country's contributions to climate change, which have wreaked havoc on farming, fishing, and other professions in those countries much more than in this one. That has notably driven up food prices here. I'll admit that this film doesn't necessarily offer up all the answers--but shouldn't that be a reason for you to think up your own? This film gives you the information--the life is brutal for most people, and isn't that wrong? Hopefully, that will inspire you to make positive change. I think that is what these filmmakers are focusing on. To suggest that this is "socialist propaganda" as some have here is absurd, paranoid, and avoiding the facts.

Summary: embrace Marxism.Did the U.S. become prosperous by embracing Marxist principles? This film has it backwards, instead of condemning the U.S. for it's success, they should discuss what the U.S. did to gain a path toward prosperity and use that framework for the undeveloped world to follow. This film is disgusting propaganda.
