I agree that it seems that Maury is living a double life. Most of the time he seems to relish the poor unfortunate (test tube babies) who sit on his stage. I do not know who to blame for the ignorance. Maury or his "guests." The worst of all is when a shrink quack stands up in the audience and issues unsolicited mental help...as if a five minute homeboy hookup is going to put a salve on those people's sordid little lives.I do not understand why anyone would subject themselves to national humiliation and ridicule. All of the guests can't be so low in the self esteem department. Otherwise this country would be in grave danger.This is one of my favorite episodes. (The one with the gal who had "LIMONIA" isn't too bad either.)Are we watching this show because of the great aversion therapy?
