It's shown later in the show that less sauce is a virtue... by the executive chef. I agree with you, but the judge is more for the drama than it is for the cooking. So please don't judge it based on its skill in depicting the world of cookery, because drama is not reality :)

Lobster's can't 'hiss,' though you're technically right that there is a 'hiss sound' made when they're boiled in water. The sound comes from air being forced out of the lobster shell. See 7 other replies

Its weird. i feel liek its kind of a B rated drama. the acting isnt all that together, sounds like too much line rehearsing than actual acting.
that guy DEFINITELY isnt italian. but i give him credit for all that unnecessary hand gestures lol. thanks for the stereotypes korean drama.
the main girl is kinda annoying and irritating. i know i should like her cause shes the main character, but i don't.
about the food. alfredo sauce, DOEST NOT EXIST in italy :D
but sadly, the only thing thats still keeping me to watch this thing, is the food making lol.
