She's not a good actor. She's just eye candy to some. Did you see Jonah Hex? I created this thread BEFORE it was in theaters, THEN I went to watch it when it came out and my initial thoughts were confirmed (if they weren't then i would have admitted it; like not wanting Tobey Macguire to be Spiderman or Kelsey Grammer as the Beast, they were awesome). She delivered her lines very flatly. Most of the sequences that involved her seemed to drag when she was on screen. Oh and did you notice the "southern" accent she tried to fake kept disappearing? And what's with her being Tallulah Black with a pretty, unscarred face? That bugged me as much as when an actor plays an iconic character but won't dye their hair to match.Whether or not Megan Fox can deliver lines consistently and believably or become a character convincingly for the duration of her onscreen presence is not a matter of taste or likability of an individual's looks, that's a matter of fact. Individual taste plays in on when you decided you don't mind them ruining a movie by fouling the part that could have gone to someone that was actually good.Like I said before, I don't care for Sarah Jessica Parker either, but I wouldn't make these same "sans talent" comments about her. Bottom line, Megan Fox - Bad at acting. Good at having her picture taken. Hopefully someone can give her a modeling career and she can make her fortune without speaking or moving around too much.   See 12 other replies
